Mobile video streaming application developed in Java Mobile Edition is used to stream video lectures in both online as well as offline modes. Here RTSP protocol is used to stream the video content using Real Time Transportation(RTP) protocol. Mobile transmission networks like 3G or WLAN is used to access the video lectures over wireless channels.
